Kane reviews
Quick post – Harry has archived the AICN Kane review, so if you still want to read it. it’s here – http://www.aintitcool.com/node/41022
Also one at a site I’d never heard of called Twitch – not sure how they got to see the film. Either in Cannes or the single LA one… review is pretty good here…http://twitchfilm.net/site/view/solomon-kane-review/
And I noticed a couple at IMDB… one good, the other great. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0970452/usercomments
Another one just surfaced but I’ve no idea who this person is – clearly they were in on the LA screening. http://pseudo-intellectual.com/ People were asked not to review but since it’s positive, I’m not going to complain.
Of course, just a tiny sample of opinions since we’ve not really made it available at all. I hope they all stay this positive, though I’m sure there’ll be naysayers along the way.

We’re all very excited for you…and not a bit selfishly excited for the film to come out!!
“80´s style sword & sorcery adventure”…
Promising words!!
Congrats on the good reviews.
Eagerly awaiting clips, trailers, or set pics.
Uff, that was a load of text to read. Seems like it will be a good one. Just hope it will be screened here also so I dont have to travel out of this hole here. LOL
Had to skim some of the reviews due to spoilers. I’m determined to remained unspoiled for my first viewing. Don’t want to know anything!
Great reviews and it sure feels nice to witness the momentum of excitement steadily growing out there!
Hey Michael, I’ve been following your progress with Solomon Kane and I wish you and this film the greatest success. I’m a film news writer and reviewer and I wrote a brief article about the film and posted it today in an effort to help spread the word. Here’s a link to the article:

Again, best of luck with the film, I can’t wait to see it.

Thanks for the support Kyle. It’s not all doom and gloom – everywhere is going to get Kane. It’s just a question of how big a release and when.
Michael good news: http://www.latimes.com/features/books/la-caw-sirens-call24-2009may24,1,449642.story
Your movie is mentioned shortly, but being mentioned shortly on LaTimes is quite an achievement – Traffic rank 426 worldwide.
Woah…. It seems other people other than aintitcool review were really surprised and impressed by Kane… I cna’t wait to see this inthe cinema.
I cannot wait for this awesome film to come out, it’s been 25 years since I first brought a Solomon Kane book and finally life has ben breathed into the character. Harry’s review just put me on cloud nine. Every day I search the internet for a peak at some of the film. I hope you get the Elric job The dreaming city would be great to see on the big screen, bring on Stormbringer. good luck Michael
I absolutely cannot wait to see this film. Seems like everyone who has seen it is raving about it! From the moment I first heard about it and learned that James Purefoy would be the lead, I knew you would have a winner on your hands, Michael. Congrats to you for pulling this off. And the next best posting from you would be you telling us Americans that it has a US distributor!!!!!
