  4. You work only in U.K. Didn’t enter the invitations from Hollywood. What you think about 3d-movie. For instance “Avatar” James Cemeron’s. And possible take part in new your project. Write me harketfilm@yandex.ru.

  5. Hi Michael, it was a pleasure to meet you at the actors centre on Monday and thank you for the very useful insight into the casting process from a director’s point of view. Looking forward to seeing Soloman Kane!
    Best wishes, Matt

  6. Just saw the movie, and you are going places man. I took a poster, as I been running on fumes, and seeing great films. I ended my festival on a very high note, watching this film, and thinking, wow, this film is so much more then I expected. I just have to say thanks for doing what you do, and do more. Get some more stuff out in North America, it seems like here, they are making remakes, of remakes, and no, or very little of anything new is coming out. This is a breath of fresh air.

  7. Hey James, I am really sorry about the cabbies in this city, but the next time you are in Toronto and want to site-see the city, give me a shout, and if I am off, I would be happy to show you some of our history, or the parking lots that they have created over our history, and the sites that are still around. You have my email. In London the cabbies need to take a test, here half of them can’t even speak the language, and the other one’s don’t have a hack license, and shouldn’t even drive. Take care, and I hope it gets picked up here in North America, and I can show it to my friends, and say “I saw this at the festival, and got to see the actor and director, and it was fantastic.” Cheers, and again, I hope it all works out.

  8. Hi there Bassett!
I am doing this registration of all my moives and when I came to Deathwatch I was thinking “Wonder what this talented director has done more” then I found out about your new film Solomon Kane. I have read the old storys in Wierd tales and loved it, but have not been thinking about this character for some time, until now then. Really happy to hear about a big screen movie adaption of this. Sadly I do not think it will come to cinema here in this town Iám in here in Sweden. I guess I will hafto wait for it till it comes to Blu-ray. Have a nice day!
    /David

    • Hi David, I think Sweden will get a theatrical release…just don’t know when.

      • I sure hope so. Anyway it will be goten on blu-ray in USA/UK before it comes to cinemas over here. Sometimse it fells so anyway with film, unless it is Star Wars or James Bond movies.

I was looking at Wilderness in teh Weekend. Dame great movie I must say.
